The firm's four partners - all of whom are African American - will have their day in court after negotiations with the agency. The other noteworthy blog last July 30 i ncluded the report that some of the hottest start-ups are now raising money without a lead investor which is a departure from the traditional practice of venture capital funding rounds led by a single investor who sets the terms and typically gains more control.
